AZI – International Zen Association
Official portal of the International Zen Association founded in 1970 by Master Taisen Deshimaru. Today, the AZI represents more than 200 dojos and practice centers worldwide, principally in Europe.
Paris Zen Dojo (Parizan Bukkyo Zenji)
The Paris Zen dojo opened its doors in 1971. It is the first center founded by Master Taisen Deshimaru to transmit the practice of zen. Surrounded by most of his close disciples, he taught there daily until his death in 1982.
Kanshoji Zen Temple
Kanshoji is a buddhist temple of the Soto Zen lineage transmitted in the West by Master Deshimaru. It is headed by Taiun Jean-Pierre Faure.
Nice Zen Dojo (Gyobutsuji)
Gyobutsu Ji temple in Nice is under the spiritual direction of Master Roland Yuno Rech.

Seikyuji – Morejona Zen Temple
Teaching is provided by Raphaël Doko Triet, who started practising with Master Deshimaru in 1971 and who was one of his closest disciples.
Kosanryumonji Zen Temple
Founded in April 1999 by the Alsace and German southern Rhineland sangha, the temple is led by Olivier Reigen Wang-Genh, close disciple of Master Deshimaru, who has been responsible for the Strasbourg dojo for many years.
The American Zen Association
The American Zen Association provides oversight and support to the New Orleans Zen Temple and other dojos in the region, as well as publishing rare and important english-language texts from teachers in the lineage.
International Zen Association United Kingdom
The IZAUK was started in 1986 by a monk and nun who followed Deshimaru Roshi.The IZAUK is an umbrella
organisation connecting Dojo's (places of practice) around Great Britain.
Montreal Zen Center
The Montreal Zen Center is a lay community founded in 1979 under the spiritual guidance of Albert Low, of the lineage of Philip Kapleau.
Centre Zen de la Main
Centre Zen de la Main is a Rinzai zen practice center following Joshu Sasaki Roshi’s teaching. The center is led by the resident monk and abbess Zengetsu Myokyo.
San Fansisco Zen Center
San Francisco Zen Center was established in 1962 by Shunryu Suzuki Roshi (1904-1971) and his American students.
Suzuki Roshi is known to countless readers as the author of the modern spiritual classic, Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind.
Official Site of the Soto Zen school
The Soto school teaches the authentic buddhist Dharma, transmitted from generation to generation by our predecessors since Shakyamuni Buddha’s time, the founder of the doctrine, up to this day.
