Introduction sessions are held once a month on a Saturday at 11: 00 am.

Participants are taught the posture of zazen and see how a sitting unfolds. They can also ask questions about the practice.

What to wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes; nothing tight around the waist.
You can also borrow a kimono.
